Mauricio came to Alta Vista Insurance in 2023 as an experienced personal lines agent. In his previous role with GEICO, Mauricio was responsible for selling and servicing home and auto insurance policies for his clients. However, Mauricio felt that he could better serve his clients by having more carrier options. So Mauricio decided to join Alta Vista Insurance Agency with access to over 60 different insurance products to be able to better customize the insurance solutions he offers.
Mauricio is a San Diego native. Born and raised in Escondido, CA. He attended Escondido High School. Mauricio met his wife through their church. Mauricio has a twelve year old son and 3 cats! Mauricio and his family enjoy visiting Baja Mexico on the weekends and exploring the Greater San Diego region and all southern California has to offer.
